I had never bought flowers in Topeka before, so I just googled it and happened to come into Breezy Designs. I made a great choice because Shirley has a fantastic selection, gorgeous flowers, affordably priced and she is so sweet and makes the best arrangements!

BEAUTIFUL!! Fall arrangement delivered to my sister-in-law was amazing. 5* for every aspect! Great service - rec'd a phone to arrange for in-person delivery rather than leave in the heat on the porch. Definitely made sister-in-law's birthday extra special.

Shirley created the flowers for our wedding and without a doubt they were the most beautiful we had ever seen. Shirley sat down with us and listened to what our desires and wants were and created exactly what we wanted. She was very open to our ideas and was more than happy to use tulle that we had found that we thought would be nice to wrap the stems of the flowers. Shirley is such a sweet and caring person and made us feel just like we were family. Please go see Shirley for all of your floral needs or just because you want some beautiful flowers.

This is the second time using Breezy and I am even more impressed than before! The flowers were gorgeous and the service top notch! I am in Michigan and my Mother in Kansas - I was in the hospital and almost forgot her Birthday! Even with the yucky weather she got flowers to my Mother! What a godsend!

I can't even begin to express what an awesome experience it was to work with this amazing company. I had a rush floral delivery need. The owner and employees made every effort to make the delivery happen as quickly as possible, with an arrangement that was breathtaking. They also gave me a bit of an unexpected bonus that made me feel like it was me who was receiving the floral gift. Knowing that they are a wire service and can facilitate floral delivery anywhere in the US makes me choose this company as my go-to for all future floral deliveries. Yay! Thank you Breezy Designs!

Wonderful floral arrangements and top-notch customer service! I received a gorgeous arrangement for the recent passing of my grandmother. Not only was Ms. Shirley (the owner) so accommodating with my travels and the weather, but she delivered the arrangement herself on a very frosty and snowy day!
